Is travel in the time of Covid-19 pandemic safe enough? Some of us swear not to return to travelling until a vaccine has been found, but most are just looking for reassurance that the travel industry is doing its best to make air travel as low-risk as possible. In an IATA (International Air Transport Association) survey in July, travellers identified concerns such as queuing at check-in/security/border control and boarding. They also stated that
they would feel much safer if there were Covid-19 screening at departure airports.
We will still be travelling in the future, but there is no doubt that in the post- pandemic world the way we travel will change significantly. I wish you lots of exciting journeys in the future and see you soon at the airport!
